At Catering By Bryan we don't just specialize in Soul Food. Trained in the Culinary Arts at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College, Chef Bryan also prepares meals in a wide range of styles from Indian, Spanish, Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.

Chef Bryan has a love and passion cooking. At every turn you can find him hosting private dinners to try out new food concepts and recipes on his family and friends. A graduate of the Los Angeles Trade Technical Culinary Arts program, he is not afraid to venture out to try new cooking styles and techniques to better his skills and sharpen his craft. His motto? "Just like Grandmommy used to make."

Chef Mom (Sheila) is a lover of food and cooking. Her favorite place is the kitchen. Baking, cooking or plating and displaying food to make it pretty is her passion. Chef Mom likes creating her own recipes based upon good food that she has when she eats out at restaurants. Some of her friends call her the "food analyst" and she is good at it too. She calls it Sheila-rizing, making it her own version.

For us - the West Angeles Counseling Center, Catering by Bryan has become a household name and our “caterer of choice”. While we have scheduled numerous events over the years which have required various catering needs, and could not have been more pleased with the results rendered.
